Heading to Ometepe? Eat properly before you board. El Puerto San Jorge in San Jorge, Rivas, is the mainland stop for pizza, tacos, birria and grilled meats.

Before the crossing

Arrive on the island with a full stomach and skip the scramble for food on arrival. Groups can share a family pizza or a 20–50 taco order before boarding.

After the return ferry

We are open until 11 PM, so travelers on the late boats can still sit down for dinner before continuing to Rivas, San Juan del Sur, Granada or Managua.
